I have enjoyed living at Tramore Village for 3 years. All of the staff have shown the nature of professionalism when responding to maintenance calls, and also going into the office. We are quite appreciative of the quality of services provided by the maintenance and mangement staff.
While it’s open season on possible renters, it can also create a lot of competition among other buildings. Apartment hunting can be stressful, and living in an apartment isn't always a picnic either. From noisy neighbors to horrible landlords and tight spaces, things can get dicey.

Other than minor issues, Tramore Village is a very nice and quiet community compared to some of the other communities. If only some of the residents would try to keep their surroundings clean. Living at Tramore Village has been a wonderful experience. From the knowledgeable and proactive management team to the comfortable home style living, Tramore Village has everything I need.

Thanks Ensenada for all you have done thus far. The staff in the office is wonderful; they are courteous and professional. I can go to Calisha with any issue and she will do her best to help me. She is very knowledgeable and I like her professionalism in handling issues.
Maintenance personnel are excellent with repairs that may be needed. We moved from a house to Tramore and they have storage for people who are transition like we did back to an apartment. This is a very nice place to live if not i would not have stayed three years my building is clean and quiet. Cortland Austell is 9.8 miles from Dobbins Air Force Base, and is convenient to other military bases, including Fort McPherson. You might be able to find places to ride your bike in this area, but you’ll most likely want your car for most errands. There is $350 one time fee and $20/month in pet rent.
